User Setup and Management
Corporate Information
Click on the "Admin" dropdown menu and select the "Corporate Information" tab to see the organization level contact information your team has set.

View Users
Click on the “Admin” dropdown menu and select the "Users" tab from the menu bar on the left side of the screen.


Invite New Users
Click the “Create user” button at the top left corner of the “Users” page. You will be navigated to the Create User form. After filling out the new user’s information click “Submit” to complete the form and send the user’s invite or click “Cancel” to return to the “Users” page.


Remove or Inactivate Users
To remove or inactivate users click on the three dots on the right side of the user's row. A menu will appear giving you the option to inactivate the user or remove the user.

Manage Fleet, Service, and Safety Settings
View Transport Services Settings
Click on the “Admin” dropdown menu and select the "Transportation Services" tab from the menu bar on the left side of the screen.


Adding Air Service Details
Toggle the “Air” button on and select the U.S. states you service from the dropdown menu that appears. Click “save” to save your selections.

Adding to and Editing Air Fleet
Click on the “Admin” dropdown menu and select the "Air Fleet" tab from the menu bar on the left side of the screen. Click the "Add Aircraft" button to open the Add Aircraft form. Fill in the tail number, model, year, and max passengers for your aircraft. If you want to remove an aircraft from your list, click on the red trash icon on the right end of the aircraft's row. If you want to edit an aircraft from your list, click on the blue pencil icon on the right end of the aircraft's row.





Adding Safety Certifications
Click on the “Admin” dropdown menu and select the "Safety Certifications" tab from the menu bar on the left side of the screen. Here you will be able to select which certifications your organization holds, upload a certificate for each and input their effective date.




Responding to Transport Requests
Available Transport Requests
Transport requests that you have not responded to can be found on the "Requests" page under "My Requests".

Accepting Requests
If you are available to fulfill a transportation request and you would like to send a proposal click the "Confirm" button on the transport request's card.

Rejecting Requests
If you are unable to fulfill a transportation request a click the "Reject" button on the transport request's card.

View Request Details
To view the full details of a request click the "View Details" button on the transport request's card to navigate to the full details page.


Adding Participants
You can add participants from the "Requests" page in the three dot menu in the upper right corner, or from the detailed view of a transportation request from the same three dot menu in the upper right corner.


To add a participant click anywhere in the white space of the text box to see a list of previously added participants. Be sure to select "Confirm and Add to Trip" when you are done. To add a new participant select "Add New Participant" and fill out the required fields. Be sure to select "Save Participant" and to select "Confirm and Add to Trip" to complete the process.


Communications Channel
To navigate to our communications channel you can select the chat bubble from any in-progress trips on the "Requests" page. As well as from the "messages" page in the main menu. And finally, from the detailed view of any specific transportation request.




If a trip has not yet begun, the communications page will only show you the general chat room. If a trip has begun it will be connected to the UNOS id and you will be able to see it from the left hand menu along with the associated chat "rooms".

Creating Proposals
After confirming your availability you will able to submit a proposal for a request. Select "Create Proposal" and then it will prompt you populate the data from a quote, or to create a proposal from scratch. When selecting an aircraft some options may be unavailable to choose due to the requesting transplant center's preferences. Enter the proposal quote amount. And then you can select "Add Air" to specify the locations and times for your proposal. When you are satisfied, be sure to click "Submit Proposal" to complete the process.





Manage Notifications and Settings
View In-App Notifications
Click the bell icon in the upper-right corner of the screen to view notifications. You can click “Mark as Read” or “Delete” to remove the notification.
