✨Our Features
Communication Channel
The PCC platform serves as an all-in-one communications hub for every stage of an organ recovery and transplant mission. It connects transplant coordinators, charter operators, and medical teams in a single, secure space to ensure seamless collaboration.
Once a case has been submitted, transplant coordinators can begin organizing all pertinent details directly within the platform. Dedicated chat rooms are automatically created for each team involved in the mission—including air teams, distal ground teams, local ground teams, and surgical teams—as well as an “All” chat room for sharing critical updates with every participant at once.
From the “All” chat, coordinators have quick-action buttons such as “In OR,” “Incision,” and “Cross Clamp” to instantly notify all parties of key milestones in the recovery process. This eliminates delays, reduces miscommunication, and ensures that everyone stays informed.
Communications Only Case
Transportation Requests are now called Cases. With the addition of communications to the platform, Transplant Centers can now create “Communications Only” Cases before transportation is going to be requested.
Creating a Communications Only Case will allow the Transplant team to discuss the Case in a secure communications platform to make preparations before requesting transportation. When Creating a Case, simply choose to not request travel at this point (or at all).
Trip Tracking for In-Progress Cases
Once the Trip for a Case has started, the progress of the Trip will be monitored on the dashboard. The Trip Tracker will progress through the segments of the Trip and for the Air Segments, will show the location of the aircraft.
Secondary Email Notifications
All users are able to add a secondary email address to receive notifications related to their accounts and cases. This feature enhances communication and ensures that important updates are not missed.
Optimized Transport Request Filtering
Cases with transport requests will only be sent to charter operators who are active in the same region as the transplant center AND have any of the selected safety certifications in the transplant center's account. This feature optimizes the matching process and ensures that only qualified charter operators receive relevant transportation requests.
Cancellation of a Case
Transplant Centers are able to cancel a case at any moment during the trip planning process before the completion of the transport. This will trigger notifications to be sent to all parties involved in the trip, notifying that the case has been cancelled.
Saved Facilities
Transplant center users are able to add facilities that they operate out of to their saved facilities. This streamlines the process of creating a transportation request because your saved facilities will appear in a dropdown menu when creating the request.
Air Fleet
Charter operator users are able to add aircraft that they operate to their saved air fleet. This streamlines the process of creating a proposal because the saved aircrafts will appear in a dropdown when selecting the aircraft for a proposal.
