Getting Started with the PCC System
Welcome aboard! If you’ve received an invitation to join the PCC system, you’re just a few steps away from getting started.
Check Your Email Look for an email from
[email protected]in your inbox. (Tip: Check your spam or junk folder if you don’t see it within a few minutes.)
Accept the Invitation Open the email and click the hyperlink to be taken to the reset password page. This will allow you to choose your password for the first time and then log in with your new credentials.

Complete Your Account Settings Once accepted, please navigate to the Settings page of your new account. Fill out all required fields in the Contact Details page, including your contact number, email, notification preferences, and title.

Now, here is where things will start to differ depending on your organization type.
If you are an OPO/Transplant Center:
Facilities After saving the information you entered into the Contact Details section of the settings you should next navigate to the Facilities tab within the Admin dropdown. Here is where you will be able to enter which Facilities that you most frequent/ operate out of.


Safety Requirements After saving the information you entered into the Facilities section of the Admin dropdown you should next navigate to the Safety Preferences tab. Here is where you will be able to enter which safety certifications you would like a charter operator to have.

If you are a Charter Operator:
Corporate Information After saving the information you entered into the Contact Details section of the settings you should next navigate to the Corporate Information tab within the Admin dropdown. Here is where you can fill out organization level information so you never miss a request.

Transportation Services After saving the information you entered into the Corporate Information tab you should next navigate to the Transportation Services tab within the Admin dropdown. Here is where you will be able to select the type of services you provide, and in which regions you provide them.

Air Fleet After saving the information you entered into the Transportation Services section of the Admin dropdown, you will then move on to the Air Fleet tab. Here is where you will be able to enter information about the aircrafts your organization has to offer. Required information includes tail number, seating capacity, aircraft model, and year.


Safety Certifications After saving the information you entered into the Air Fleet section of the Admin dropdown, you will then move on to the Safety Certifications tab. Here is where you will be able to enter information about your proof of insurance and any safety certificates your organization obtains.

Now that you have completed your profile set up, it's time to add your team members.
Navigate to the "Users" tab at the top of the Admin drop down, in the navigation panel.
Select "Create User" to add a member to your team, inviting them to create an account on PCC. As a transplant center organization you will be able to invite other transplant center coordinators. As a charter operator organization you will be able to invite other transportation operator coordinators.


Fill out the remaining fields and be sure to select the "Submit" button when you are done. Repeat this 'Create User' process until you have invited all members of your team.
